The hotel is close to everything and provides a friendly, clean, and quiet stay. The rooms, although slightly dated, offer spacious accommodations with a nice sitting area and amenities. The service is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant experience overall.

Despite the rooms being a bit dated, they are spacious with a nice sitting area featuring a sleeper sofa, ample desk, and coffee bar and refrigerator. However, it was disappointing that the bathtub/shower combo was advertised but only a shower was available.

The service at the front desk and household was incredible, with friendly and accommodating staff. They were attentive and knew in advance about our room requirements for five people.

Staying at the hotel was a nice and comfy experience, with fantastic room size for our family and modern amenities. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there was an additional charge for parking. The location is right in the middle of downtown Riverside, offering easy access to exciting food spots. The dining experience was solid, with a nice selection available until late. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor considerations.
